I’ve been following Dr. Andrew Huberman for a while now, not only because he’s hot and interesting, but because, as a neuroscientist running his own lab at Stanford University, he still finds the time to share his knowledge with simple peas like myself every week. Each week, for an hour, I turn on his video, leave it running in the background while I work, and my brain does the job of capturing some of knowledge.
Seriously, do yourself a favour and follow him. Learn something new about your own brain every week. I believe he’s also going to be a feature over at the Mind & Body community of OhSoGreen (link in menu).

I love this guy. I heard his podcast with Rich Roll a few months ago and was amazed for over an hour. And I bore easily. He just had me hanging for the whole conversation. Here’s his podcasdt with another YouTube podcaster named Lex Fridman. I think Lex is a bit slow but he asks the right questions to let Huberman spill his knowledge.
